Pile of shame

Log of unfinished/discontinued/old projects, sorted interestingness (descending).

• IK.ts: Refactored Inverse Kinematics Library for TypeScript/JavaScript. Created for my thesis. Works for basic cases, but could be improved in the future.
• Notemirror: Music notation component for the web. Development paused temporarily: for this to make sense, Chrome needs to support subgrid.
• Kritzl: Think Snapchat, but with hand-drawn scribbles. Prototypes showed it is fun for a while, but then gets boring. Also, Progressive Web App features are not adapted widely enough yet. It is a fun project though, I might continue it!
• bemdoc-gen: Tool for generating documentation from annotated CSS. This was created when I used to default to vanilla js. Discontinued because this is overhead for small projects and not relevant for big project's usual stacks.
• jsmin: JS port of Jasmin, TUM's visual x86 assembly subset interpreter and debugger. No real reason that I didn't finish it. I don't think Jasmin is still in active use anymore though.
• imprio: Collaborative online MIDI improvisation platform. Prototype turned out to be more annoying than helpful. The delay over internet is too high.
• TUM.wtf: Alternative frontend for TUMonline, the univerity campus management page. TUMonline 2 was, by today's standards, ugly and not optimal for mobile. TUMonline 3 was released, making TUM.wtf unnecessary.
• Cobble.js: Minecraft/Cobble clone, rendering everything with HTML/CSS transformations. This project was made as a joke, but it surprisingly kind of works. At some point it starts lagging a lot though.
• goldst.dev v1: Old version of this website. It built upon a similar concept, but my vision was too ambitious.
• Libear Algebra: Linear algebra library. My plan was to implement all concepts from our linear algebra lecture to learn for the exam. It turned out there are better ways to learn for exams.
