Smatched Website

Scrolling through the landing page of the smatched website

Before I started my professional career at hatch, I had a bare bones mentality. I avoided fancy frameworks and prefered working with vanilla JS, and no compilers/transpilers whatsoever. The Smatched website marks my departure from poetic to pragmatic code. I still chose to use hand-crafted HTML and CSS, but also TypeScript with Webpack.

I was instructed to follow the design, but to make the website playful. This resulted in a bunch of animations and visual effects. I hope I made at least a handful of people smile!
